Your 1:1 Coaching Options
Starting ADHD coaching is an investment and can feel like a big step, so it’s important that it feels right both personally and financially. My aim is to offer supportive, collaborative ADHD coaching packages that feel accessible, clear, and free from pressure.
Sessions are held online and are tailored to you, your goals, and your pace. There are no long-term contracts, and you are always in control of how many sessions you choose to have.
Concession Spaces
A small number of concession places are available at a reduced rate of £35 per session for those who may otherwise find coaching difficult to access. These spaces are limited. If you would like to enquire about concession availability, please get in touch using the contact form below. If all spaces are currently filled, you are welcome to join the concession waiting list and I will get in touch as soon as a space becomes available.

A one-off session can be helpful if you would like focused support around a specific challenge, or if you would prefer to try coaching before committing to a package.
A gentle introduction to coaching. This option is often helpful if you would like to explore support around a particular area or begin building strategies and understanding.
This is the most frequently chosen option. Six sessions allow time to build meaningful progress, explore patterns, develop supportive strategies, and embed changes at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.
This option offers longer-term support and is ideal if you would like space to work more deeply on patterns, habits, and self-understanding, while allowing time to practise and embed strategies in everyday life.
Workshops and Awareness Sessions
I also offer workshops and awareness sessions for organisations, teams, and groups who would like to better understand ADHD in women, particularly during midlife and the perimenopause years.
These sessions explore how ADHD traits, hormonal changes, and the realities of midlife can intersect, often affecting focus, energy, confidence, and overall wellbeing at work. The aim is to build understanding, reduce stigma, and help create more supportive working environments.
Sessions are delivered online and can be tailored to suit your organisation. Pricing is available on request and will depend on group size, format, and the specific content required.
