Certified ADHD Coach
Supporting Women Through Perimenopause & Life Transitions with Neurodiversity Informed Coaching
I am a certified ADHD coach specialising in supporting women, especially those who are late-diagnosed, self-identified, and/or experiencing perimenopause and menopause. My coaching focuses on emotional regulation, overwhelm, avoiding burnout, and understanding the nervous system. It isn’t about fixing you or making you more productive, it’s about helping you understand your brain, work with it, and create a life that feels calmer, more manageable and more fulfilling. Together, we will focus on building strategies that feel realistic, sustainable, and genuinely workable within the context of your daily life, energy levels, responsibilities, and personal values.

What I specialise in:
Emotional regulation & coping strategies
Navigating ADHD through hormonal changes
Productivity strategies without burnout
Understanding the nervous system
Personalised ADHD life strategies

I recently had a block of ADHD coaching with Felicity and I genuinely can’t recommend her highly enough. After each zoom I felt more ‘together’ with a quieter mind and (most importantly for me) her suggestions were easily actionable, especially during a stage of life that felt relentlessly overwhelming.
Felicity helped me put simple, realistic systems in place for organising my home and managing my time, but what really stood out was how tailored everything felt to my life. As a single mother, she completely understood how many tabs I had running and helped me find ways to operate that actually worked for me, rather than adding more pressure or unrealistic expectations.
Her approach is calm, compassionate and grounded in real life. The techniques and frameworks she shared didn’t just help in the moment, I still use them regularly, which has had a lasting impact on how I manage day-to-day life. I came away feeling more capable, less overwhelmed and much kinder to myself.
If you’re looking for ADHD coaching that is thoughtful, practical, with lasting impact, Felicity is exceptional.
